I love education and my students. In the work, I can be pragmatic, innovative, willing to contribute, try my best to teach every class, train every time, and successfully complete my job. I can be strict with myself according to the requirements of teachers' morality, set an example by myself and set an example for students everywhere. I will do everything I ask students to do first. In addition, I can respect leaders, unite with colleagues, actively participate in various activities of the school, and abide by various rules and regulations of the school.
Second, deepen the teaching materials and teach them carefully.
The unity of teaching, learning and practice in physical education. As the saying goes, the power of teaching lies in guidance. Teachers' teaching art is the embodiment of their guiding level to a great extent. Only the correct and ingenious guidance of teachers can play a "detonating" role in students' learning, realize the unity of cognition, emotion and behavior, and obtain the best teaching effect.
The traditional teaching organization and procedure are teacher-centered teaching organization, class-based administrative teaching organization, sub-teaching organization and unchangeable classroom teaching procedure. It not only seriously fetters teachers' hands and feet, but also affects students' emotions and enthusiasm in participating in sports activities. Think honestly and rationally. What do students who are sedentary in the classroom need when they come to the playground? I just want to relax my muscles and relax my tight brain. One student wanted to "stand at attention and be at ease" as soon as he came to the playground. In the face of the explanation and demonstration by the PE teacher, can students like this teaching method? The answer is no, according to the content of the "new curriculum standard" and the age characteristics of the students, I conducted targeted teaching during my internship to fully mobilize the students' interest in learning, improve their sports skills and cultivate their indomitable will.
Third, my thinking.
I encountered difficulties during my internship and gave some thoughts on physical education:
1, teachers' excessive demands on students are not conducive to the implementation of happy sports. When teachers ask students to complete movements or training, it is necessary to reduce the difficulty or requirements so that students with poor physical fitness can also experience success in sports. For example, in the practice of jumping on one foot, students can change their feet once, so that students can taste the taste of success and have a sense of accomplishment. When dealing with students, we should not only pay strict attention to the cultivation of quality, improve their self-confidence, but also give more encouragement and praise, strengthen their determination to overcome difficulties, and cultivate their sports spirit of hard work and tenacious struggle.
2. Arrange the teaching materials of each class reasonably, so that students can get comprehensive physical exercise and develop all aspects of quality. Explain the essentials of action and protection methods, highlight key points and difficulties, demonstrate correct actions, and practice in groups in each class, which is both orderly and in formation.
3. 4. Actively consult experienced leaders and teachers with an open mind, integrate theory with practice, study the syllabus, strive to train top sports students, coach poor students, and improve students' comprehensive quality.
Fourth, my shortcomings.
During my internship, I found my own shortcomings and needed to improve:

3. Self-demand should be higher. Every class should arrive at the class place as soon as possible, decorate the venue and equipment, and pay special attention to check the safety measures to ensure the safety of students in class; At the same time, we should also prepare ourselves in advance.
4. Carefully analyze yourself after each class, listen to the opinions of other teachers with an open mind, and write a summary after class in time.
