If the same candidate meets multiple conditions for adding points, he can only get the highest score. The increased score shall not exceed 5 points.

(4) Winners of the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (including the national youth biological and environmental science practice activities) or the "Tomorrow's Little Scientist" award activity or the first and second prizes of the national primary and secondary school computer production activities, winners of the International Science and Engineering Grand Prix or the International Environmental Research Project Olympic Competition;
(5) Major international sports competitions won the top 6 in collective or individual events, and national sports competitions won the top 6 in individual events;
(6) Obtaining the title of national second-class athlete or above within the scope of the unified measurement project determined by the Provincial Recruitment Committee.
Those with lower admission scores shall not exceed 20 points.
Candidates under any of the following circumstances shall be decided by the Provincial Recruitment Committee, and the scores may be appropriately lowered under the scores of colleges and universities, and the colleges and universities shall examine and decide whether to admit them. If the same candidate meets multiple requirements for score reduction, only one score with the largest range of requirements for score reduction can be taken, and it shall not exceed 20 points.
(1) Minority candidates from the border areas, mountainous areas, pastoral areas and ethnic minority areas;
(two) children of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives and candidates from Taiwan Province Province;
(3) Children of martyrs.
Self-employed retired soldiers can add 10 points to the total score of their unified examination results; During the service period, veterans who won the second class merit or were awarded the honorary title by units above the military region can be increased by 20 points.
At the same time, candidates in the above-mentioned related situations can only use the highest score as a bonus item for candidates' provincial-level filing.
According to the adjustment and standardization of the implementation plan of the college entrance examination plus points, the policy care items and scores increased by the relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) beyond the prescribed scope are only applicable to the universities affiliated to the province (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the scores are not more than 20 points, and may not be accumulated with other project scores.
Priority admission under the same conditions
Children of soldiers who have won Class II merit in peacetime or Class III merit or above in wartime, children of disabled soldiers in Grade I to IV, children of soldiers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, and children of soldiers who have worked for more than 20 years in more than three kinds of hard and remote areas designated by the state and Xizang Autonomous Region and more than two kinds of islands designated by the PLA headquarters, Children of soldiers who have worked in more than four kinds of hard and remote areas determined by the state or in special islands designated by the PLA headquarters for a total of 10 years, children of aircrew who have been flying or grounded for less than 1 year or have reached the maximum flying life, children of soldiers who have worked in naval vessels for 20 years, and children of soldiers who have worked in aerospace and nuclear-related posts for a total of 15 years shall be given priority.
Candidates discharged from active service in the army, children of disabled people's policemen, children of disabled people's policemen who died in the line of duty, and children of disabled people's policemen from grade one to grade four apply for admission to institutions of higher learning, and priority is given to admission under the same conditions as other candidates.
Ethnic minority candidates scattered in Han areas are given priority in admission under the same conditions as Han candidates.
Those who have obtained 5A-level young volunteers will be given priority admission under the same conditions as other candidates after being recognized by the Central Youth Volunteers Joint Incentive System of the Communist Youth League.
Adjusting the bonus items and scores also makes the college entrance examination closer to absolute fairness and makes the 20 17 college entrance examination a more fair and just selective entrance examination.
