Ningbo University is a state-owned university. Ningbo University, referred to as Ningda, is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is a university jointly established by People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) Ministry of Education, Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and Ningbo Municipal People's Government, and jointly established by the State Oceanic Administration and Ningbo Municipal People's Government.
