Hezhou College, located in Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is a public full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is one of the first cooperative universities between the Ministry of Education and ZTE's ICT production-education integration innovation base project, and the "New Engineering" research and practice project of the Ministry of Education undertakes universities.

Xi Foreign Language School affiliated to Xi International Studies University is a full-time, extroverted and characteristic boarding school. Its predecessor was one of the ten foreign language schools in China founded by Premier Zhou Enlai on 1963.

Changsha Institute of Social Work, located in Changsha City, Hunan Province, is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the Hunan Provincial People's Government. It has been selected into national demonstrative higher vocational colleges, national high-quality colleges, high-level vocational colleges with China characteristics and professional construction plans.

The School of Continuing Education of Xinghai Conservatory of Music was formerly the Adult Education Department approved by Xinghai Conservatory of Music 1997. In order to adapt to the development of adult education, it was renamed as the Ministry of Adult Education on 1999. In 2004, it was officially renamed as the College of Continuing Education, which is fully responsible for the management and training of adult academic education, self-study examination, various academic education and pre-service training.

Nanning Institute of Technology is an independent private institution of higher learning at undergraduate level approved by the Ministry of Education. Located in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, it was undertaken by Tianyou Century Education Consulting Co., Ltd., and its predecessor was Bowen Management College of Guilin University of Technology, which was founded in April 2002.

Anhui Normal University is the earliest institution of higher learning in Anhui. It is located in Wuhu, a state-level open city with the reputation of "the city of thousands of lakes". It is close to the vast Yangtze River and the beautiful Zheshan Mountain. It is a university jointly established by the Anhui Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education.
