At the beginning of the recruits' leaving the camp, the brigade combined with in-depth study and practice of General Secretary Hu's "three sentences" education activities, focused on improving the ideological awareness and understanding of the recruits, enhancing their overall awareness, purpose awareness, responsibility awareness and dedication awareness, guiding the recruits to establish a correct outlook on life and values, fully realizing the importance and arduousness of doing their job well, and further firmly establishing the sense of responsibility, mission and honor of dedicating themselves to the fire fighting cause and serving economic and social development.
The second is to carry out heart-to-heart talk activities for recruits and master the dynamic pulse of recruits' thoughts. The brigade had an in-depth talk with the recruits. Cadres and backbone veterans actively communicate with the recruits, constantly enhance mutual understanding, introduce the fine traditions and basic situation of the fire brigade to the recruits, and comprehensively understand the ideological trends, family status, hobbies and specialties of the recruits through holding symposiums, thus enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of education management and striving to make the work deeper, more detailed and more practical.
The third is to strengthen the safety of recruits and accident prevention to ensure the safety, regularity and order of the troops. After leaving the army, the recruits are very enthusiastic and curious about skill training and fire fighting and rescue. Safety accidents are most likely to occur during this period. The squadron carefully organized officers and men to study the Rules of Public Security Fire Brigade on Duty, the Safety Rules of Public Security Fire Brigade Combat Training and the Rules of Emergency Rescue Service, strictly implemented the safety responsibility system, and ensured the safety and order of daily management, duty readiness and training.
The fourth is to strengthen the education of rules and regulations and improve the quality and style of recruits. After the recruits left the team, the brigade strengthened the management of the troops, strictly implemented the systems of being late, asking for leave, conducting shop inspection and sentry inspection, resolutely put an end to the occurrence of disciplinary problems such as the recruits leaving their posts without permission, and the cadres and squad leaders implemented the management responsibilities for the recruits at different levels. By organizing recruits to learn the new common regulations and the "five prohibitions" of the Ministry of Public Security, organizing queue training and business skills training, we will strive to enhance the obedience, prohibition and perseverance of recruits.
