Beijing Xinghua University was established on July 1983 with the approval of Haidian District and Beijing Adult Education Bureau. It is one of the earliest private non-academic institutions of higher education in Beijing. 1 Beijing Xinghua university was founded in July 1983. It was initiated by Professor Gu Dehuan, former secretary general of China Academy of Sciences, and Professor Bei, academician of China Academy of Sciences, and founded by some retired professors of Beijing Institute of Technology. 1993 became the first batch of pilot institutions for higher education diploma examination in China, and was awarded the first batch of qualified institutions for comprehensive evaluation of education and teaching in Beijing in 20001year.
