Legal analysis: foreign hukou can be enrolled in one or two universities in Kunming and one or two universities in Yunnan Province without barriers. If this condition is not met, they will not be admitted to one or two universities. (1) Conditions for taking the academic level test of junior high school in the inflow area: As long as the children who move in receive nine-year compulsory education in the inflow area, they can take the academic level test of local junior high school students during this period.

(2) Admission requirements for ordinary high schools in the inflow area: The children who move with them have completed junior high school education in the inflow area and obtained three consecutive years of school status (grades 7, 8 and 9), so they can participate in high school admission in the inflow area conditionally. Those who have not received a complete three-year junior high school education in the inflow area can only go back to the place where they are registered to attend ordinary high schools. The specific implementation measures shall be formulated by the municipal education bureaus in light of the actual situation.

(3) Admission requirements for secondary vocational schools in the inflow area: All children who move in with them have junior high school education or equivalent education, and they can enter secondary vocational schools (vocational high schools, technical secondary schools and technical schools) in the inflow area.

(4) The main conditions for barrier-free participation in the college entrance examination and admission in Yunnan Province: 1. The candidates' household registration and their parents' household registration are all in Yunnan, and I have a three-year high school student status in Yunnan Province and have studied for three years. Second, the candidate's household registration is in Yunnan, and I have been a student in Yunnan junior high school for six years. Candidates' parents' household registration is not in Yunnan, but they have legally stable jobs, legally stable residences (including leases) and 6 years of social security payment records in Yunnan.

(5) Conditions for applying for provincial colleges and universities in Yunnan Province: Candidates have been transferred to Yunnan for three years, studied in Yunnan high schools for three consecutive years and have corresponding student status, their parents have legally stable jobs and legally stable residences (including leases) in Yunnan for three years, and I have a "Yunnan Residence Permit" and social security payment records.

(6) Conditions for applying for the third batch of undergraduate colleges or junior colleges in Yunnan Province: the accompanying children are studying in Yunnan but have not moved to Yunnan.

(7) Entry requirements for provincial higher vocational colleges in Yunnan Province: graduates who have completed secondary vocational education in Yunnan Province but have not moved to Yunnan.
