Chengde Petroleum College is a higher vocational college jointly established by the central and local governments and mainly managed by the Hebei provincial government. The school is located in Chengde, a historical and cultural city. 1997 was selected as the key construction school of national demonstrative higher engineering college, and was awarded the title of construction unit of national demonstrative higher vocational college construction planning project in 2007.

Xingtai Vocational and Technical College is a provincial full-time ordinary college and one of the national model higher vocational colleges. The school passed the acceptance in 2009 and became the first national model higher vocational college in Hebei Province.
Hebei rail transit vocational and technical college
Hebei Rail Transit Vocational and Technical College is a higher vocational school approved by the Hebei provincial government, put on record by the Ministry of Education, and organized and managed by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hebei Province. The school implements college-level higher vocational education and enrolls students for the whole country. It is the only higher vocational college in North China that features rail transit operation management and maintenance.
