In order to further promote the normalization of the struggle against evil, according to the decision-making arrangements of the central, provincial and state governments, we will collect clues about illegal crimes and chaos in the education industry throughout the state, thoroughly eradicate the breeding ground for evil forces, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students according to law, and comprehensively create a good financial environment for economic and social development. The contents, requirements and methods of reporting clues are hereby announced as follows:

I. Contents of the report

( 1)? Using students in school to commit black and evil crimes and crimes involving "two certificates"

(2)? Illegal "campus loans", "naked loans", "online loans" and "routine loans" undermine the teaching order and endanger the property safety and physical and mental health of teachers and students.

(3) Compulsory education schools? Students are not divided according to the principle of "dicing admission, students are enrolled nearby", and various policies and measures of sunshine enrollment and sunshine placement are not implemented. Schools, faculty and others charge school selection fees and parents' money and things in disguise in the process of choosing schools.

(eight) schools (kindergartens) charge fees in violation of regulations, set up charging items without authorization, and raise the charging standards; Service charges and agency charges are not standardized; Sales of study guidance materials and school supplies, illegal collection of class fees, activity fees, insurance fees and other violations of education fees policies and regulations.

(nine) violence, extortion, robbery, theft, fraud and other serious violations of the personal and property safety of teachers and students in and around the campus; Rogue harassment, troublemaking and other illegal and criminal problems that affect the normal teaching order of the school.

(ten) restaurants, food stores, small shops and mobile vendors in and around the campus illegally operate unqualified products and do not meet the requirements of hygiene standards, resulting in food hygiene and safety hazards.
