Higher education must implement the national education policy, why should it serve?
Higher education must implement the national education policy and serve the socialist modernization and the people.

Combining productive labor with social practice, the educated will become socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics. The task of higher education is to cultivate senior professionals with social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability, develop science, technology and culture, and promote socialist modernization.

According to the needs of economic construction and social development, the state formulates the development plan of higher education, establishes institutions of higher learning and actively develops various forms of higher education. The state encourages enterprises, institutions, social organizations, other social organizations, citizens and other social forces to establish institutions of higher learning according to law, and participate in and support the reform and development of higher education.

Today, I will continue to share the law of higher education in the Essential Attribute of Higher Education.

Pan Maoyuan, a well-known higher educationist in China, believes that among many educational laws, two are the most basic. One is about the law of education and social development, which is called the basic law of external relations of education; One is the law of the relationship between education and human development, which is called the basic law of the internal relationship of education.

Under the influence of the basic laws of external and internal relations of education, university education presents the following characteristics.

1. Universities are both educational institutions and research institutions.

2. The education process is dominated by autonomous learning and research-based learning.

3. University education is a social activity.

University education is a reflection of the times.

The second question is the purpose of higher education. Generally speaking, macro issues such as the training goals and objectives of higher education can be explained by the government in the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other legal documents.

Chapter I Article 4 Higher education must implement the educational policy of the state, serve the socialist modernization, combine with productive labor, and make the educated become builders and successors of the socialist cause with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique.

According to the Decision on Amending the Electricity Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other four laws made by the Seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th NPC on February 29th, 20 18 65438, the second amendment is as follows:

Chapter I Article 4 Higher education must implement the national education policy, serve the socialist modernization and the people, and combine with productive labor and social practice, so that the educated can become socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and beauty.

It should be noted that the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, revised in 20021,revised the purpose of education and put "labor" into the education policy. Then, correspondingly, the goal of higher education should be adjusted accordingly.

Article 5 Education must serve the socialist modernization and the people, and must be combined with productive labor and social practice to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.

The third problem is the task of higher education. Chapter I Article 4 The task of higher education is to cultivate senior professionals with social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability, develop science, technology and culture, and promote socialist modernization.
