The method stipulates that the teacher qualification examination shall be unified throughout the country, and the examination center of the Ministry of Education shall uniformly formulate the examination standards and syllabus, organize written tests and interview questions, and establish a question bank. "The exam will be organized according to the requirements of the college entrance examination."
