(3) Those who visit their spouses, parents, spouses' parents, children, siblings, grandparents or grandchildren in Hongkong or Macau shall apply for a "visit to relatives" endorsement, and submit the following materials: 1, application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens. 2. Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao. 3. One of the following materials that can prove the corresponding kinship: marriage certificate, birth medical certificate, household registration book, police station certificate and kinship certificate. 4 relatives have settled in Hong Kong and Macao, submit their Hong Kong and Macao resident identity cards and Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland; If the relatives are of foreign nationality, submit their Hong Kong or Macao permanent identity cards and foreign passports. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy. Relatives who live in Hong Kong for a long time should submit their Hong Kong resident identity cards, valid entry passes for more than one year, entry passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao or passports. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy. Relatives who are employed or studying in Hong Kong are required to submit their entry permits and travel permits or passports to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy. Relatives who live in Macao for a long time shall submit their Macao resident identity cards or Macao special stay certificates, as well as travel permits or passports to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy. If a relative is employed in Macao, he shall submit a certificate of approval from the competent authorities of Macao for his employment in Macao, as well as a pass or passport to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy. If a relative is studying in Macao, he/she shall submit his/her admission notice or certificate of studying in a Macao university, and his/her passport or travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao. If relatives cannot submit the original materials abroad, they shall submit a copy. (4) Personnel of mainland enterprises and institutions and individual industrial and commercial operators who want to engage in business activities in Hong Kong and Macao shall apply for an endorsement of "business" and submit the following materials: 1. Application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens. 2. Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao. 3. Copy of business license or registration certificate of resident representative office of foreign (regional) enterprises. 4. The personnel of enterprises and institutions shall also submit the certificate of payment of social insurance by enterprises and institutions and the instructions issued by enterprises and institutions to engage in business activities in Hong Kong and Macao. Personnel of enterprises and institutions who apply for multiple valid business endorsements must register with the exit-entry administration department of the local public security organ in advance. (5) If you go to Hong Kong or Macao for study, employment, training, residence, dependency or dependency, apply for a "stay" endorsement and submit the following materials: 1. Application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens. 2. Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao. 3. Those who go to Hong Kong for study, employment, training, residence, accompanying or going to Hong Kong as dependants shall submit the entry permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department. If you apply for employment in Hong Kong through a labor management company, you must also submit the Audit Form of Labor Cooperation Projects in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region issued by the competent commercial authorities in the Mainland. If it is necessary to continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period, an extension permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department shall be submitted. To study in Macao, you should submit the Confirmation of Admission Certificate and the Admission Notice of Macao Colleges and Universities issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office. If it is necessary to continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period of the stay endorsement, it shall submit the certificate of studying issued by Macao institutions of higher learning. Those who go to Macao for employment must submit the approval documents issued by the exit-entry affairs department of the Macao Public Security Police or the Macao Human Resources Office and the Macao Social and Cultural Department. If you apply for employment in Macao through a labor management company, you must also submit the Audit Form of Labor Cooperation Projects in Macao Special Administrative Region issued by the competent department of commerce in the Mainland. If you need to continue to apply for a stay endorsement after the expiration of the validity period of the stay endorsement, you must submit a confirmation letter issued by the exit and entry affairs department of the Macao public security police or an approval document issued by the Macao Human Resources Department and the Macao Social and Cultural Department. If the relatives of employees who go to Macao stay in Macao, they shall submit the approval notice issued by the exit and entry affairs department of Macao Public Security Police. To work in Macao, the Certificate of Identity for Minor Children of Personnel Sent to Macao issued by the Personnel Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macao Special Administrative Region shall be submitted. (6) Going to Hong Kong or Macao for medical treatment, funeral service, visiting critically ill patients, lawsuits, examinations, industrial and academic exchanges, etc.

Article 22

Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao is valid once within the validity period. The validity period of the Travel Permit between Hong Kong and Macao is five years, which can be extended twice, each time not exceeding five years. The certificate shall be kept and used by the holder. Every time he goes to Hong Kong or Macao, he shall go through the application procedures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6, 8 and 10 of these Measures, and go through the round-trip endorsement after approval. Public security organs specially authorized by the Ministry of Public Security can make multiple round-trip endorsements.
