From the historical experience of other countries and regions, what can China learn from the training of professional farmers?
There are three main ways to train professional farmers in other countries and regions in the world, especially in Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe. The Asian region is led by Japanese, Korean and Taiwan Province Province of China. The training mode is that China plans farmers' training and education as a whole, the education bureaus of agriculture and animal husbandry cooperate with each other, and the agricultural association plays a leading role in this process.

North America is dominated by the United States and Canada, with super-large ranchers and private enterprises as the main planting modes, government departments promoting land grant, and colleges and universities doing higher vocational education for farmers and agricultural technology promotion; In Europe, Britain, France and Germany mean that the training mode is that government departments closely combine the rules and regulations of agricultural and animal husbandry qualification certificate with the assessment of farmers. After receiving training and education in agriculture and animal husbandry, farmers must pass the corresponding examinations before they can obtain certificates and obtain qualifications for agricultural production activities that match their occupations.

Judging from the training mode of professional farmers in the above three areas, most of our work experience can be summarized into four aspects: First, we attach great importance to the training law of professional farmers. It is also reflected in the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) and local legislation to establish professional farmers' training institutions, implementation subjects, management models, training budgets and so on.

Second, ensure the investment in training and learning of professional farmers. Whether it is the training mode of pocket farmers and farmers' associations in Asia or the specialization mode of farmers in Europe and America with super-large ranchers and private enterprises as the main body, the similarity lies in the continuous investment in training and education for many years, which will form a complete teaching system for farmers.

Third, standardize the access conditions for agricultural management qualifications. In agricultural management, no matter who needs to be certified, only standardized qualification access conditions can make this field standardized and standardized. At present, China is still pushing the qualification access conditions, but relatively speaking, it is still so extensive.

Fourth, attach great importance to the supply of professionals for the development of modern agriculture. As long as we continuously supply outstanding talents and discover new professional farmers in various ways, we can ensure the charm of the agricultural industry.
