2. Then click the "Forgotten Password" option to enter the "Forgotten Password" page, which will pop up "Retrieve by Authentication" and click "Retrieve by Authentication".
3. Then enter the menu page of "Retrieve through Identity Authentication", and fill in relevant information on the page as required, such as students' real name, region, school, grade and class. After entering all the information, click Next.
4. Then enter the "Next" operation page, enter the platform account number and the student's date of birth. The platform account number is usually the student's name, and click OK after entering.
5. Finally, after entering the "Reset Password" operation page, enter a new password to be reset on the page, thus completing the operation steps of password retrieval, and then you can log in again with the newly set platform password.
