Within the administrative area of this Municipality, the official vehicles of the central state organs, party and government organs at all levels in this Municipality, social organizations, institutions and state-owned enterprises affiliated to the central government and this Municipality are suspended for one day per week (from 0: 00 to 24: 00) according to the tail number of the license plate, and the scope is the roads within the administrative area of this Municipality.
According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, except for the motor vehicles within the above-mentioned Article 1, other motor vehicles in this city implement traffic management measures to restrict traffic according to the tail number of the license plate during the peak hours of working days. The time limit is from 7: 00 to 20: 00, and the range is within the Fifth Ring Road (excluding the Fifth Ring Road).

Official vehicles: vehicles with tourist bus operating licenses issued by the municipal transportation management department, unit buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic management department. These vehicles are usually used to meet specific work or education needs.
4. Administrative law enforcement vehicles: administrative law enforcement vehicles painted with uniform signs and performing tasks, including but not limited to vehicles of urban management, environmental protection, traffic law enforcement and other departments.
