According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, except for the motor vehicles within the above-mentioned Article 1, other motor vehicles in this city implement traffic management measures to restrict traffic according to the tail number of the license plate during the peak hours of working days. The time limit is from 7: 00 to 20: 00, and the range is within the Fifth Ring Road (excluding the Fifth Ring Road).

4. Administrative law enforcement vehicles: administrative law enforcement vehicles painted with uniform signs and performing tasks, including but not limited to vehicles of urban management, environmental protection, traffic law enforcement and other departments.
