However, the party and the government took great care of our rural teachers, greatly improved the treatment of teachers, and built beautiful teacher apartments for us, with all the facilities and equipment available, which made me feel the warmth of home; The simplicity and enthusiasm of the children touched me greatly, which strengthened my confidence to stay and my determination to contribute to the education here.
Here, I have experienced a process of continuous progress and change in rural schools. The party and the state attach great importance to rural education, constantly increase investment, improve school conditions, and vigorously promote the teaching of the national common language, so that children here can enjoy good educational resources and the quality of education is steadily improved.
