The college consists of six departments: office, network correspondence department, night university full-time department, training department, student status management department and teaching material department, with 22 full-time managers. Changzhou Campus has the Adult Education Department, which is responsible for managing and coordinating the adult education in Changzhou Campus. The school enrolls students for the whole country. There are more than 40 adult undergraduate and junior college majors, with nearly 9,000 registered students, including nearly 5,000 correspondence students, more than 2 100 evening students and 0/800 college students. Correspondence education is spread all over the country, with more than 30 correspondence stations in Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Shandong, Liaoning, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Shanxi, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Jiangxi, Fujian, Ningxia, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and other provinces (cities) and autonomous regions. After more than 40 years of exploration and practice, Hohai University has accumulated rich experience in running a school, formed its own teaching mode, and realized a multi-level, multi-specification and multi-form school-running pattern. In academic education, there are four levels of running schools and three forms of education: correspondence, night school and full-time education. Qualified undergraduate graduates can be awarded bachelor's degrees. At the same time, in order to meet the urgent needs of society, continuing education and various training courses focusing on on-the-job training have been actively held, which have trained a large number of senior technical and management talents with both ability and political integrity for reform, opening up and modernization, and won a good social reputation.
