1. Register. Candidates log on to the comprehensive service platform of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center (/BaseStudent/) and click the "Register" button at the bottom left of the page. According to the page prompts, enter relevant information to register an account.

2. Log in to the system, and enter the ID number, password and verification code on the login page to log in the account.

3. Select the exam, click "Fill in" in the upper left corner of the page, and click "Start Filling in" button. Fill in the information according to the page content prompts. Click "Examination Registration" and select "General College Entrance Examination".

4. Fill in the exam information, read the contents of "Instructions for Candidates", tick "I have read and agreed to the relevant requirements", and click the "Start Filling" button at the bottom of the page. Choose a specific candidate type according to your own conditions. Fill in the basic information item by item according to the page prompts.

5. Material upload: according to the selected candidate type, upload the corresponding material pictures to the system according to the page requirements.

6. Identity collection: Click the "Online Collection" button according to the page prompts, scan the QR code with the Android phone to download the APP, and collect identity information on the phone.

7. Pay the examination fee. Candidates who have completed the collection of APP information return to the registration system of candidates' comprehensive service platform, enter "Identity Collection" and refresh the page, and click "Next" button. The original "Registration Form" of local fresh graduates, candidates for enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges, candidates for special programs, and candidates who won the exam exemption shall be put into the student status file after being signed and sealed by Shengyuan University.

8. Qualification examination and approval. After confirming the registration information, click the "Next" button on the page to submit the registration qualification for approval.

9. Wait patiently for the review after completing the application, and complete the examination registration after passing the qualification review.
