For details, please refer to the Notice on Promulgating the Opening Plan, Examination Outline and Textbook Catalogue of the Self-taught Higher Education Examination in our province in June 5438+ 10, 2022.

Approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Admissions Examination Committee, and reported to the Education Examinations Institute of the Ministry of Education for the record, from June 5438+00, 2022, the major of engineering management (junior college) was opened, and the examiner school was harbin university of science and technology; Primary education (junior college) and preschool education (junior college) are offered, and the examiner school is Harbin College.

Third, the examination area setting and group examination work

The whole province 13 test areas are Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Daqing, Jixi, Yichun, qitaihe city, Hegang, Suihua, Shuangyashan, Heihe and Daxinganling. Candidates who apply for college level can apply for online courses after obtaining the admission ticket number. Candidates who apply for the undergraduate level must meet one of the following three conditions before they can apply for the exam: ① They have a national education series (or above) graduation certificate and have been registered electronically in Xuexin.com; 2. Candidates who have taken the self-study exam in our province and passed the exam in five or more subjects; ③ Students studying in ordinary colleges and adult colleges (the status of student status in the online verification report of the Ministry of Education is registered or enrolled).

(2) Time for freshmen to report for duty

From August 29th to September 8th, 2022, the opening hours of the system are 8:00- 18:00 every day. The examination time of the city (prefecture) and examiner college is from 8: 00 on August 29th to 9: 00 on September 9th 17: 00.

(3) Time and number of subjects for online registration of candidates.

(3) Candidates with two undergraduate degrees apply for the exam.

The online newspaper system provides a separate entrance for candidates with two degrees to apply for the unified examination courses. Examiners' colleges can organize collective examinations or individual candidates to apply for online courses and pay fees. The examination of the non-unified and mutual recognition course for the second degree of undergraduate course is accepted, reviewed, registered and organized by the examiner school. The mutual recognition course examination is conducted according to the opening plan, the examination time is arranged outside the unified examination time, and the examination organization is strictly managed according to the unified examination requirements. The deadline for the city (prefecture) recruitment institute to accept inter-provincial transfer candidates is September 5, 2022, and the deadline for transfer is September 28, 2022. The acceptance time is determined according to the opening time of the national inter-provincial transfer examination platform, and the accepting inter-provincial transfer examination unit is responsible for the interpretation of this business policy.
