Understanding of mental health education specialty
We will have different emotions at different times, have different psychological reactions when we meet different things, and then have different behaviors. Therefore, we need to ensure our mental health through study or psychological exercise to guide the correctness of our behavior.

The basic meaning of mental health means that all aspects and activities of psychology are in a good or normal state. The ideal state of mental health is to maintain a state of perfect personality, normal intelligence, correct cognition, appropriate mood, positive attitude, appropriate behavior and good adaptation. This is a perfect state. If we take this as the standard, we will find that our psychology is somewhat unhealthy. Therefore, we should always check this standard, find out our own psychological deficiencies, train them effectively, and ensure our mental health. But generally speaking, I think mental health is a positive attitude towards life, an optimistic mood and a sound personality. In these aspects, each of us has our own unique understanding of whether we are healthy or not.

After studying the mental health course for half a semester, I learned a lot of fragmented knowledge even if I didn't listen carefully in class.

First of all, in terms of self-knowledge, I learned how to know myself, understand my image in other people's minds, be able to correctly realize my own value, my position in other people's minds, my ability, knowledge and level, neither overestimate myself, be complacent about some of my strengths and advantages, nor feel inferior, belittle myself excessively, and never complain or blame myself for no reason. Recognize your own shortcomings, strive to improve him, improve yourself, let yourself have a sound personality, let yourself develop in a balanced manner in temperament, ability, personality, ideals, beliefs, and all aspects, and show a spiritual outlook with its own characteristics in a complete, coordinated and harmonious way; Moderate and reasonable thinking; Treat people with an appropriate attitude, have no extreme emotions and behaviors to external stimuli, and integrate with the collective.

Learning how to get along with others is also an important aspect. There are too many things to learn in interpersonal communication, and it will be a bit too much to list them one by one. I'm here to express some opinions that I think are more important in interpersonal communication. Learning to listen is to respect and understand people in the process of communication, and never impose your own views on others; Being able to understand and evaluate each other equally, tolerantly and objectively, not treating others with snobbery, and always showing positive attitudes such as sympathy, friendliness, trust and respect when getting along with others; When you have conflicts with others, you can communicate better and solve them in a rational and reasonable way. Learn to be patient, think more about what you have done wrong, and don't always feel that your friends owe you anything. In my opinion, the most important thing is to learn to praise, look at the advantages of others and let them know.
