Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County, located in the southeast of Gansu Province and the northeast of Tianshui City, was established in 1953. It takes the Hui people's inhabited area as the administrative area and has jurisdiction over Qingshui County, Qin 'an County, Zhuanglang County, Huating County and Longxian County in Shaanxi Province.
