Xining No.3 Middle School1956 In September, Xining Municipal People's Government approved the construction of the first municipal junior middle school. At the time of preparation, the Municipal Education Bureau sent Comrade Ji Lianshan to take charge of the school building construction. Teachers come from all directions. At that time, teachers in Xining were very scarce. With the strong support of the Provincial Department of Education, key teachers from provincial middle schools were transferred to form the school leadership team, with Gou Hui as the principal, Luo as the teaching director, Zhong Xijiu as the head of the Chinese teaching and research group, and Li, Liao Zicai and Yan Jiuzhang as the teachers. In addition, Xue Zhengding, Zhao Faxing, Yan, the backbone teachers from Xining Primary School, were appointed as Chinese teachers and math teachers. Ma, Yuan Desheng and Yang Shunlian, fresh graduates assigned by Xining Normal University. , and 36 faculty members gathered together to jointly undertake the teaching tasks at the beginning of its establishment. On September 1 day of the same year, Xining No.3 Middle School welcomed the first batch of freshmen, mainly from primary schools in the east and middle of Xining, and rural primary schools in Huzhu Gaozhai, Halazhigou and Hongyazigou townships and Xiao Xia, Shuangzhai and Doba townships in Huangzhong, including Han, Hui, Tibetan and Tu students, with a total of 384 students in 8 classes. 1in September, 1957, 44/kloc-0 freshmen from the second junior middle school entered the school, which was also divided into 8 classes. 1956 In the summer, after four months of intense construction, by the time the school started in September, the school had a two-story brick-and-wood teaching building and office building, with eight classrooms, four teaching and research sections for Chinese, mathematics, history, geography and physical music, as well as the principal's office, guidance office, general affairs room, infirmary and conference room. In addition, there are two bungalow (male and female) civil dormitory, a student kitchen and a staff canteen. 1April, 957, in order to welcome the second freshmen, a two-story teaching building was built, which was divided into eight classrooms and a two-story dormitory with civil structure. The first floor is the library, music classroom and teachers' dormitory, and the second floor is the student dormitory. With the increase of students, 800 square meters of civil structure auditorium, 288 square meters of teachers' dormitory and 6 bungalow classrooms were built in 1958.

1September, 958, 392 freshmen from Grade Three entered school. However, due to the loss of students in the second and third grades, the class was adjusted. By March 1959, the teachers and students of Shilipu moved back to the original site, and some teachers and students of Huangzhong Zongzhai stayed in Huangzhong. From 1960 to 66 (before the Cultural Revolution), Xining No.3 Middle School was in a relatively stable stage. In the past six years, the whole school has maintained 15 teaching class, with about 700 students and 55 teaching staff each year, including more than 40 teachers, all of whom have junior college or technical secondary school education. The school implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the party branch, and all teachers are loyal to the party's educational cause, conscientious and conscientiously complete the education and teaching tasks. The vast majority of students are very good, hard-working, diligent and have excellent grades.
