In traditional music teaching, teachers often teach students music theory from a professional perspective, train students' music skills, or be satisfied with students' mastery of certain songs. The teaching methods are mainly lectures and exercises. In the classroom, the leading role of teachers is over-amplified, and the subjective position of students is ignored. How to change students' innovative consciousness and ability is a problem that every music teacher should think and try. Based on my years of teaching practice, I talk about my personal experience on how to innovate music teaching in senior high school.
First, abandon the old educational concept and stimulate the motivation of innovative thinking.
How to make our classroom reform constantly innovative and perfect is what we educators should explore. If we want to seek innovation in music teaching and succeed in innovation, we must innovate in ideas.
Get rid of decades-old teaching methods, update teaching concepts, and truly embody the teaching principle of "taking students' development as the center and attaching importance to students' subjective status". Give full play to students' subjective initiative, fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and make them the real masters of learning, which will greatly promote the cultivation of students' non-intellectual factors. The new curriculum standard is clearly put forward, focusing on stimulating students' interest in music. Interest is the foundation of all students' subjects. If a professional teacher teaches his students what he has learned, it will definitely not work. Music is an emotional art, and music teachers should be good at igniting students' emotional sparks with the beauty of music and their love, so as to achieve the purpose of emotional and aesthetic education. Secondly, we should cultivate students' innovative consciousness and practical ability and liberate them from the heavy knowledge pressure. There is also the strengthening of national music culture and so on. Only with the new transformation of educational ideas will there be new educational ideas and means.
For example, when I was teaching movie music, I set many questions about movie music, and I selected some movie songs that my classmates liked to discuss with them. Put a piece of music in the existing house to create suspense and introduce new courses. This leads to thinking, doubts, questions, teaching them rules, and arousing students' resonance. Inspired their thirst for knowledge, so that students with strong interest, under the guidance of teachers to further study.
