How to improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral construction of minors
My topic is putting children's moral education into practice. Morality is fundamental. If a school does not attach importance to moral education, it may not have any impact in the short term, but it will definitely pay the price in a few years.
Faced with such a situation, my first thought is to play less slogans, practice more moves, take less forms and practice content from multiple angles. Moral education includes preaching, edification and training, and slogans can only play the role of preaching, ignoring the latter two. German kindergarten students just go to school, the teacher will take him to the toilet, tell him how to get to the toilet, take him to the trash can and tell him where the garbage should still be. This is moral edification and training. Jackie Chan, an international movie star, still remembers three sentences his father told him. I also learn from this practice. I told my son that there are several things that must not be done at school. I told him not to fight, not to curse, not to bully weak classmates, and not to take other people's things home. I believe these four sentences may bind him for life. I only give this example to show that moral education should be more practical and less preaching.
My second idea is to do a good job in moral education, and schools, teachers and society should take a multi-pronged approach. For example, the improvement of the surrounding environment of the campus cannot be done by the education department alone. To carry out moral education, the construction of our teachers' morality should also be real and arduous. Our teachers in Beijing New Oriental insist on getting in and out, getting up and down. The establishment of this mechanism has a great shock to teachers. In order to win the support of the society, we must first do a good job in the school itself and guide the general climate with the microclimate. We in Beijing New Oriental will make a work plan for the next year from June 5438 to February every year, which is very helpful for schools and teachers to carry out their work. If we don't have a plan, for example, we want foreign teachers to take pictures once or twice, the third time the foreign teachers will go to the principal's office and complain that we don't have a plan for our work. As for family education, I suggest that the Education Bureau can select "scholarly family" to guide parents to attach importance to family education and form a joint force.
The last idea is to evaluate the baton with a good exam. Evaluation system is a baton, which has a great influence on how teachers carry out moral education.
