The project is located in Shilin Eco-industrial Concentration Zone (opposite to County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine), with a planned land area of about 240 mu. The proposed Shilin Experimental Middle School is a private school, which is built and run according to the nature of pure private schools. The scale of running a school ensures that there are not less than 6000 students. After the school is completed, it will provide 60 free students for Shilin every year.

Jianshui Experimental Middle School is a complete middle school with the approval of Honghe Education Bureau and Yunnan Education Department.
