Forty-fourth for all registered students, ordinary high schools should handle the student status files in time, and go to the education department to check and print the student status files. Student status files must be filled in on time, with neat handwriting and complete items, all with pens. Organize student status files at the end of each semester.
Forty-fifth students who have won awards at or above the school level shall be recorded in the student status files and school documents files. The decision on the punishment of students should be stored in the student status file. If the punishment is revoked, the punishment decision shall be taken out and stored in the school file.

Forty-eighth ordinary high schools should conscientiously do a good job in the identification of students' credits and comprehensive quality evaluation, and timely fill in and maintain the relevant data of the Evaluation Report on the Development of Students in Ordinary High Schools in Shandong Province according to the unified arrangement of the Provincial Department of Education and the needs of college enrollment.
Forty-ninth ordinary senior middle schools fill in the statistics of student status changes twice a year and report to the district (city) Education and Sports Bureau, which shall report to the Municipal Education Bureau before May 20th and February 20th each year.
