In the same year, He Bin became the first online merchant in China to put his own brand into C2C. In 2005, it won the title of "The Second Top Ten Online Merchants in China" and the title of "Most Innovative Award". According to the data analysis report of the maternal and child market made by Taobao, the largest online trading platform in China, Yunhe brand "wooden player" ranks among the top ten best-selling brands of toys, ranking first in wooden toys, and is still on the rise. He Bin's efforts not only made He Xin's production and sales volume leap to the fourth place in the county, but also helped and promoted the vigorous rise of e-commerce in the wooden toy industry in Yunhe County. The "wooden heads" formed a big alliance.

One hero and three gangs. On the afternoon of June 5438+1October 65438+September, 2004, Yunhe Woodenhead Youth Club was formally established, which indicated that the era of Yunhe toys was coming to an end, Yunhe toys was about to turn a new page, and the younger generation of Yunhe toys began to play around the world. Yunhe Woodenhead Youth Club was founded by nine young entrepreneurs of Yunhe Toys, including He Bin. At present, there are 53 members, representing the heads of the younger generation of Yunhe Toys. This is not so much a non-governmental organization for learning and communication as a budding strategic alliance between cloud and toy enterprises.

Although the cloud toy industry that has begun to take shape has certain cluster advantages and mastered certain market channels, the disadvantages of enterprise product brands and management models restrict the development of the cloud toy industry. Facing the increasingly fierce domestic and international market competition, the second venture of cloud and toy industry is imminent. The establishment of Yunhe Woodenhead Youth Club, which has been brewing for half a year, has brought new hope to Yunhe toy industry. In 2009, combined with the domestic preschool education reform and the situation that the wooden play teaching aid market has yet to be developed, under the guidance of Yunhe county government, He Bin integrated 1 1 other enterprises and registered Zhejiang Yunhe Educational Toy Technology Co., Ltd., and jointly conducted research with the Institute of Teaching Instruments of the Ministry of Education and Zhejiang Preschool Education magazine to develop wooden play teaching aid for education and entertainment, which was listed in the national and provincial educational equipment catalogue. At present, the first batch of products have been appraised by the Ministry of Education and put on the market.

The History of Woodwork Painting —— Historical Review

In June, 2007, the drums and gongs of the 3rd China Wooden Toy Festival resounded through Yunhe and this wooden toy castle again. One of the highlights of the exhibition is a large-scale photo exhibition-the exhibition of the cultural development history of wooden toys in China, which was planned by He Bin. The development process is divided into nine parts: the origin of wooden play, leadership care, entrepreneurial figures, marketing, mechanism model, technical equipment, product research and development, cultural support and industrial promotion. It shows the process of Yunmu toys from scratch, from small to large, from simple to complex, from small to large, to large-scale, and then to the world. Each part closely revolves around the development of clouds and wooden toys. Each chapter truly and vividly records the hardships and happiness of toy people on the road to entrepreneurship.

This toy history, from planning, compilation to exhibition, lasted more than three months. He Bin introduced the culture of clouds and wooden toys in detail for the first time, which further improved the urban cultural taste of clouds and wooden toys, and let more people know the culture and development history of wooden toys in China.

"Hand in hand" animation increases brand added value

How do toys combine with culture? This is a question that He Bin has been thinking about.

At present, the animation industry in Europe, America and Japan is developing rapidly. He Bin saw the future development prospect of wooden toys from the reality of animation development in developed countries. He believes that the market success of the animation industry lies in its unique market operation mode and development path. China toy enterprises need to find a combination point that is most conducive to improving the added value of toy brands when they change from "processing with supplied materials" to "independent innovation". In He Bin's eyes, animation is undoubtedly the best choice.

Since 2005, He Bin has signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Animation Film Studio to develop a series of wooden toy products based on cartoon characters such as Hulu Brothers and Malanhua. In 2008, He Bin and CCTV Children's Channel co-produced 52 episodes of propaganda film "Olympic Tips". At that time, the "Olympic Tips" product developed by the company won the gold medal in the toy "Star Creation" competition sponsored by China Toy Association, and the sales performance of the product was obvious, successfully exploring a path of benign interaction between toy products and animation film and television works. 20 10 after tasting the fruits brought by animation, He Bin decided to start his own company. He founded Dingge Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou to organize the filming of cartoons with toy puppets as props. A short film he made that year won the TBS Excellent Works Award in Japan and the second prize of Zhejiang Peony TV Short Film. Subsequently, a 52-episode original animation "Jiang Mumu Tribe" was included in the 20 10 Zhejiang Excellent Cultural Project.

OEM Brand Changed "Made" in China to "Created" in China.

"Toy companies will die if they don't have their own brands." He Bin believes that cloud and wooden toys have always played the role of OEM, not only the autonomy is in the hands of others, but also the profits are getting thinner and thinner. After years of brand cultivation, He Xin's trademark "Bihao" won the well-known trademark in China, filling the gap that domestic wooden toys do not have the well-known trademark in China. In a short period of five years, "Bihao" trademark has achieved three leaps in Lishui, Zhejiang and China. At the same time, Hexin Company applied for overseas trademark registration in more than 40 countries around the world, including the United States, Russia, Germany, Japan and South Korea. The self-developed product "Bihao" series swept the world and became a golden business card of "Cloud and Manufacturing".

Since 2004, He Bin has turned most of its energy to independent research and development, ending the history that cloud and wooden toys are OEM. Now, He Bin's "Bihao" series of toy products are all over the country, and He Bin has set up more than 200 counters, 22 direct stores and more than 500 franchisees in large and medium-sized cities. "Muwan Shi Jia" branches are everywhere, and its own brand products account for more than 50% of Hexin's sales. He Xin Toys has become a leader in the wooden toy industry in China.
