1. The user applies for a refund within 7 days after registration (including the day of registration), and Zhongan Jianpei will fully refund the registration fee paid by the user.

2. If the user applies for a refund within 7 days after registration and 3 days before the start of the course (excluding the day of registration), Zhongan Jianpei will refund the remaining fees to the user according to the proportion of 5% of the registration fee paid by the user after deducting the handling fee.
