1, students are generally not allowed to transfer at will. If it is really necessary to transfer because of parents' work, household registration and other legitimate reasons, the student himself or his parents shall apply and go through the transfer formalities according to the relevant provisions of the Education Bureau before transferring.

2. Transfer shall be handled according to the following procedures: transfer to school to issue admission certificate → review by county education bureau → review by municipal education bureau (transfer of high school students outside the county) → transfer from school to issue transfer certificate → filing by county education bureau → filing by municipal education bureau (transfer of high school students outside the county) → transfer to school to handle admission procedures. Schools must be approved by the municipal and county education bureaus and stamped with the special seal for student status management before accepting transfer students. Students from other schools are not allowed to stay or borrow in our school, and they are not allowed to go through the admission procedures before going through the transfer procedures. Students who have not been examined and approved at the time of transfer will automatically cancel their transfer status, and the education administrative department will not recognize their transfer status.

4. The county education bureau has the right to arrange the naturalization of students transferred from outside the county, and no school may refuse to accept them.
