Responsibilities of the Health and Wellness Bureau:
(a) to implement the principles, policies, laws, regulations and rules of the party and the state on health work; According to local conditions, study and draft local laws, regulations and policies on health work; To study and formulate relevant plans, work plans, policies and guiding opinions on the development and reform of local health undertakings, and organize their implementation.
(two) according to the overall planning of local national economic and social development, the preparation of local health development planning, regional health planning and annual work plan, and is responsible for organizing the implementation.
(three) responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and chronic non-communicable diseases. Monitor infectious diseases according to law, establish an early warning mechanism to prevent and control the occurrence and spread of epidemic diseases; Organize and carry out national health education and publicity.
