New policy of postgraduate entrance examination
Legal analysis: those who sign up for the national postgraduate entrance examination must meet the following conditions:

(1) People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) citizen.

(3) Physical health status meets the medical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

(four) the academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or a foreign academic degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education (the specific time limit is stipulated by the admissions unit) before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

2. People with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees.

Those who have graduated from a state-recognized higher vocational college for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the same year, the same below) and above, as well as undergraduate graduates who have obtained state-recognized academic certificates, meet the specific academic requirements put forward by the admissions unit according to the training objectives of the unit, and sign up for the examination as undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications.

4. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees.

Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

Article 5 The enrollment targets are mainly undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications, undergraduate graduates and China citizens with the same academic qualifications as undergraduate graduates.

Article 6 The national postgraduate entrance examination is divided into two stages: initial examination and re-examination. Both the initial examination and the second examination are important parts of the postgraduate entrance examination. The initial examination is organized by the state, and the second examination is organized by the admissions unit.

The initial examination methods are divided into national unified examination (including joint examination), separate examination and recommended exemption.

Part or all of the examination subjects of the national unified examination are proposed by the examination center of the Ministry of Education, and other examination subjects are proposed by the enrollment units themselves.

The individual examination shall be conducted by the enrollment unit with the qualification of individual examination, and the candidates shall meet the specific registration conditions. The examination subjects are independently proposed or selected by the enrollment unit.

Recommended exemption refers to the selection method that according to the relevant national policies, outstanding undergraduate graduates and other candidates who meet the relevant regulations recommended by some colleges and universities are confirmed to be exempt from the preliminary examination and directly re-examined by the enrollment unit.

Article 7 The examination questions (including sub-questions), reference answers and scoring references (guides) of the nationally unified propositional subjects and self-propositional subjects of enrollment units shall be strictly managed in accordance with the relevant provisions on the scope of state secrets in education.

Article 8 There are two ways for graduate students to study: full-time and part-time. The enrollment of full-time and part-time postgraduate examinations is based on the unified requirements of the state and implements the same policies and standards.

There are two kinds of graduate employment: directed employment and non-directed employment. Graduate students with directional employment are employed according to directional contracts; Non-directional graduate students choose employment in both directions by themselves and the employer.
