What is the gap between education and education?
The education gap between small counties and big cities is mainly reflected in the following two aspects.

The first is the hardware gap:

1. teacher gap. For example, in recent years, the recruitment of some middle schools in the southeast coast has targeted the graduates of famous schools such as Tsinghua Peking University. There are also teachers recruited in small counties. Many of them are just college graduates in the province, and many of them are two books. Although the protagonist doesn't ask the source, the teacher's graduation school is still very telling. A person with good academic performance is more likely to become a good teacher in the future, because they have high enthusiasm for learning and more learning methods. In addition to the content stipulated in the textbook, they can pass on more to children, so that children can really have learning ability.

2. The curriculum gap. Schools in county towns and even provincial key schools set courses according to the college entrance examination subjects in textbooks, which tend to be exam-oriented education. However, in many big cities, they may implement the shift system, which means that there is no concept of traditional schools and classes, and the whole setting is more like the university course selection system. Everyone has classes together in a certain classroom because they have chosen the same class. Such courses and subjects are more detailed and diversified, taking care of the preferences and needs of different students.

3. Support the diversity of opportunities for further study. The number of places for high schools in small counties to obtain independent enrollment plans is very limited, and many schools have no chance to participate.

Secondly, the soft education gap:

1. The gap in the richness of campus activities. There are many campus activities such as schools, societies and cultural festivals in big cities. Some super middle schools will also organize study tours all over the country during the holidays. There are also many people studying abroad. In schools in small counties, these activities are relatively few or ineffective (for example, only a few students participate). The whole school atmosphere emphasizes concentration and good study.

2. The gap of campus atmosphere. Small county middle schools have uneven students, and there are many gangsters in the school. School bullying is also very common. It may be because resources are too scarce, or because the evaluation system is too simple, and vicious competition among students is also very common. However, bullying is very rare in some famous schools, and excellent students also appreciate each other very much.
