Private Admiralty Oriental is very good. The headmaster used to be an official of a county education bureau.

The headmaster of Changjiang Middle School is the former director of Yichang Education Bureau, and many excellent teachers have been poached from public schools, but the school has a short history.

On the public side, Yichang No.4 Middle School, No.5 Middle School, No.6 Middle School and 16 all send outstanding students to all schools.
