Haihe Education Park is located in the south bank of the middle reaches of Haihe River, in the core area between the central city of Tianjin and the "Twin Cities" of Binhai New Area. The planned area of the park is 37 square kilometers, and the traffic pattern of "one ring and three verticals" has been initially constructed, which can quickly reach the urban area and Binhai New Area. According to the requirements of functional orientation, Haihe Education Park will strive to become a comprehensive education park that integrates vocational education, vocational training, skill appraisal, vocational guidance and skill competition, combines Industry-University-Research, and is open to the society.

Spatial structure of "one corridor and two wings" in the master plan of Haihe Education Park. A central ecological green corridor runs through the park from north to south, and there are cultural centers and public sports centers in the corridor; The two wings focus on the construction of vocational colleges, houses and supporting facilities. The park is divided into three stages. Phase I planning 10 km2.
