3. Self-isolation stifles the wisdom of collision. Many rural teachers have long been accustomed to "going their own way" and rarely communicate with their peers on teaching issues. 4, the system lags behind, restricting the improvement of quality. No matter how education develops and reforms, teaching is always the central work of the school.
