Unity, cooperation, mutual assistance and common progress are the qualities that every citizen must possess. Teachers have the responsibility to cultivate these ideas and virtues in English teaching. According to students' personality hobbies and differences, I divided them into several study groups, and students discussed them together, so that each student had a chance to speak. Students who study well can help students with learning difficulties and make each student realize that only through the joint efforts of each member of the group can they get the joy of success. If each group is successful, our class will be successful.
