According to the spirit of "training cadres on a large scale and improving their quality on a large scale" put forward by the Central Organization Department, the College makes full use of Jinggangshan, a unique red tourism resource, and devotes itself to exploring new ways of party spirit education for cadres in party member. According to the principle of "training quality first, social benefit first, and highlighting characteristic brands", a red training model integrating lectures, experience and practice was developed. Its characteristics are personal experience, infecting people with red spirit, retaining people with green beauty, emphasizing environmental training, paying attention to on-site teaching and experiencing perceptual knowledge. It can effectively solve the outstanding problems in traditional training, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, single teaching method, etc., so that students can feel in their feelings and sublimate in their practical experience. To this end, we combine the successful experience of Jinggangshan struggle with the practice of reform, opening up and modernization, and strive to make Jinggangshan Cadre Education College an important base serving the party spirit training of cadres in party member and the red education and training of employees in enterprises and institutions across the country.

(B) the mode of running classes and teaching methods

Classes are run by selecting courses. Our college offers Jinggangshan characteristic red training class. Joint class units can choose training courses according to their own needs, which are divided into short-term training and special seminars. After the course is confirmed, our college will arrange all training matters. During the training period, our school assigned the following teachers to be responsible for the whole process to ensure the teaching quality.

According to the teaching needs of the joint class-running units, on the basis of grasping the characteristic teaching courses, we will focus on the courses with Jinggangshan red training characteristics such as on-site teaching, experiential teaching, interactive teaching, situational teaching and on-site red drill. At the same time, the theoretical study and social practice are organically combined, and the methods of discussion, case analysis and interaction are comprehensively used to ensure the training effect and satisfy the trainees and organizers.

Watch the large-scale live performance "Jinggangshan" in Xincheng (directed by the famous director Li Qiankuan, the venue area is more than 55,000 square meters, and more than 500 Jinggangshan people participate in the performance, which reproduces the touching scene of defending Huang Yangjie and sending the Red Army ten times in the real landscape and folk customs).

4. Battlefield training-learn from tradition and be hard-working.

On-site explanation of the story of Zhu De's pole, wearing a red military uniform to retrace the grain-picking trail of Zhu Maohong's army, and personally experience the feelings of officers and men sharing weal and woe. The purpose is to let students set foot in the footsteps of the Red Army, reproduce the hardships of revolutionary ancestors, and learn the essence of entrepreneurial power.
