Yes According to official website of Putuo District Education, Yichuan Village Kindergarten is a public kindergarten directly under Putuo District Education Bureau. Founded in September 1974, and became a first-class kindergarten in Shanghai in June 1989. Now it is a model kindergarten in Putuo District, and currently enrolls school-age children of three ages.
