Jilin Teachers College of Engineering and Technology was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and is affiliated to the People's Government of Jilin Province. Formerly known as jilin water resources Cadre School, it was established in 198 1, and was upgraded to an undergraduate normal college in 2007. Now it has become one of the key undergraduate colleges in Jilin Province.
