Approval basis for the establishment, division, merger, termination and change of name, level and category of private schools that implement academic education, pre-school education, self-study examination and other cultural education: Implementation department of People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law: Time limit for approval by Social Forces School Management Section of Education Bureau:

(a) approved the establishment of private schools: written reply within 20 legal working days from the date of formal acceptance.

(2) Approving the formal establishment of private schools: give a written reply within 60 legal working days from the date of formal acceptance.

⑶ Application for transfer to other private schools: written reply within 60 legal working days from the date of formal acceptance.

4. The basis for examination and approval of online education schools that use the Internet to implement distance education is: Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Administration of Education Websites and Networks (J.J. [2000] No.5), and Decision of the State Council Municipality on Setting Administrative License for Administrative Examination and Approval Items that Really Need to Be Retained (the State Council Order No.412).
