What are the requirements for raising children?
1, positive condition. High academic qualifications, good economic conditions, good feelings with children, and spend more time with one party or grandparents since childhood;
2. Negative conditions. Sterilization, the other party is seriously ill, and the party living with the children is reeducation through labor, arrested, imprisoned or unable to raise directly after going abroad for a long time;
3. Hard conditions. Children under the age of two usually live with the woman. Minor children over the age of eight have the right to choose to live with their father or mother.
If one party requests to change the child support relationship, it shall give the following support:
1. The party living with the child is unable to continue to raise the child due to serious illness or disability;
2. The party who lives with the children fails to fulfill the obligation of raising or maltreats the children, or living with the children does have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of the children;
3. Minor children over the age of eight are willing to live with each other, and the other party has the ability to support them;
4, there are other legitimate reasons to change.
To sum up, raising children is both an obligation and a responsibility. Parents should bear the obligation to raise and educate their children. If the parents fail to fulfill their obligations to raise their children, other interested parties may apply to the court to revoke the guardianship qualification of the guardian according to law.

Parents have the obligation to support, educate and protect their minor children.
Adult children have the obligation to support, help and protect their parents.

If parents fail to perform their maintenance obligations, minor children or adult children who cannot live independently have the right to ask their parents to pay maintenance.
Parents who fail to perform their maintenance obligations, lack the ability to work or have difficulties in living have the right to claim alimony from their adult children.
