Liang Qichao's Educational Thought
Liang Qichao holds the view of "saving the country through education", so he attaches great importance to the role of education and believes that the strength of the country depends on education.

He also expounded the relationship between "people's wisdom" and "civil rights". He believes that only by improving the cultural and educational quality of the people can civil rights politics be realized in China. He regards "training talents" and "running schools" as the main means to "enlighten people's wisdom" and improve people's quality, and thinks that this is the fundamental place to implement reform and change. The essence of this is to pin the hope of strong reform on cultivating a large number of talents with reform ideas and mastering western science and technology.

Liang Qichao's overall evaluation

Liang Qichao is recognized as an outstanding scholar in the late Qing Dynasty, an encyclopedic figure in the history of China, and a rare figure who can still make achievements in academic research after retiring from the political arena. Before the Revolution of 1911, he invented a new style between ancient Chinese and vernacular Chinese in the debate with revolutionaries, which made scholars and ordinary people happy to accept it. At the same time, Liang Qichao was the first person in China to use the word "Chinese nation" in his articles. He also absorbed many new words from Japanese characters, such as "economy", "organization" and "cadre", all from Mr. Liang Qichao.
