In order to ensure the solid progress of the "double reduction" work, our school has specially formulated the implementation plan of the "double reduction" work in Songshan District No.4 Middle School. Through the study of "Opinions on Further Reducing Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in Compulsory Education" and the school's "Double Reduction" implementation plan, I have a deeper understanding. The content of the "double reduction" policy is mainly to reduce the workload of students in compulsory education and reduce the burden of off-campus training. Compulsory education schools must also provide after-school delayed service to improve the after-school service level. As can be seen from the content, the purpose of the policy is to enable every child to receive a more comprehensive and healthy education, reduce the pressure on parents, improve the quality of education and enhance people's satisfaction with education.
As front-line teachers, in order to better implement the "double reduction" policy, we should do the following:
First of all, strengthen learning, raise awareness and actively update educational concepts.
