How to create a self-directed ecological classroom
After the on-site experience exchange meeting of ordinary senior high schools in the city, our school immediately organized an enlarged meeting of the principal's office to convey the spirit of the meeting, made an in-depth analysis and research on the classroom situation of our school, and decided to take "devoting to the construction of guided autonomous ecological classroom and deepening the research on classroom teaching reform" as the top priority of all school work, strengthen process management, pay attention to supervision and feedback, and strengthen the implementation effect, so that all faculty members can fully realize the importance of classroom teaching reform.

First, tap the potential internally, pay close attention to implementation, and promote the construction of "self-guided ecological classroom" by all staff.

Since 20 10, our school has cooperated with the team led by Professor Pei Dina from Beijing Normal University to carry out the research on independent innovation strategies in senior high schools, among which the guided independent ecological classroom is one of the important research contents. The so-called "ecology" means that the classroom is not teacher-centered or student-centered, but a harmonious and energetic classroom centered on learning activities. Ecological classroom has five characteristics: integrity, autonomy, growth, diversity and optimization. On the basis of the study of guided autonomous ecological classroom and the existing teaching experience in our school, we actively promote the "guided autonomous ecological classroom-361teaching mode".

"36 1" teaching mode is the abbreviation of "three stages, six transformations and one standard". "3" means "three sections", that is, the teaching process is divided into three sections. The first paragraph is "students' comments and answers", that is, students communicate, show the problems in preview, and the teacher chooses the timing of comments. The second paragraph is "Teachers ask students to answer teachers' instructions". Teachers explain the key points, difficulties and hot issues of students' communication in the first paragraph, so that students can achieve the goal of "six changes" in knowledge learning. The third paragraph is "exploration, cooperation and common improvement", that is, the cooperation between students and teachers and students, joint exploration, taking key topics as the carrier, using the knowledge learned to analyze and solve problems and improve their ability. "6" means "six modernizations" and is the goal. Specifically: complex problems are simplified, and complex problems make students feel simple and clear through teacher analysis; Deep questions are easy to understand, and profound questions are prompted by teachers, which students find easy to understand; Fuzzy questions are clear, and students feel thorough and clear after the teacher explains them; Visualization of abstract questions, which make students feel vivid through teachers' examples; Systematize the scattered questions, and the teachers will summarize the scattered questions so that students can build a knowledge system; Specific problems are theorized and summarized by teachers, so that students can realize the sublimation of knowledge. "1" means "reaching the standard", which is the training of reaching the standard in knowledge and ability. By reaching the standard, we can test the efficiency of the "three classes" in the classroom and verify whether the goal of "six modernizations" meets the expectations.

Basic strategies for implementation. Leading by the backbone-initial formation-one year formation-two years improvement.

Backbone leader: it is the symbol of the tree. In the previous stage, on the basis of studying the specific requirements and teaching practice of the "self-guided ecological classroom", all departments determined the list of key teachers, started the class design competition of classroom teaching, and gave typical guidance to the classroom teaching reform.

Preliminary modeling: it is the learning standard. Through the "research class" and "demonstration class" of backbone teachers, the excellent cases of various disciplines are discussed, evaluated, summarized, practiced and popularized within the scope of departments, and a relatively fixed model is established.

One-year molding: that is, all staff meet the standard. Teachers under 45 years old (over 45 years old, voluntarily and consciously) are required to skillfully use models for teaching. Within a year, the teachers in each class have reached the standard.

Two-year perfection: refining, summarizing and upgrading. Timely refining, summarizing and sublimating the experience and process of classroom teaching reform is the fundamental guarantee for deepening classroom reform. Two years later, the classroom teaching mode of the school will be popularized, and there will be a group of well-known teachers who are influential in the whole city, the whole province and even the whole country.

1. Start the whole school, strengthen study and change ideas. 2011165438+1on the morning of October 4th, the school administration (expansion) office meeting was held in the academic exchange center. All school leaders, middle-level cadres and some key teachers from Grade One and Grade Two attended the meeting.

The main purpose of the meeting is to promote the teaching mode of "guided autonomous ecological classroom"-361in Weifang No.1 Middle School. Director Zhang Zaizhu respectively interpreted 36 1 classroom, and Vice President Lu Yonggang interpreted the Implementation Plan of Deepening' Learning-guided Independent Ecological Classroom' on behalf of the school. After the meeting, the school uniformly printed learning materials about efficient classrooms, and all departments held teachers' meetings to convey the spirit of the school meeting and organize theoretical study.

After returning, the lecturer will write his own teaching reflection and future plan, and the teacher development center will archive the weekly lecture evaluation materials. The second year of high school is in 20 12 and 1 2 months, and all subjects are initially modeled. The preliminary modeling was realized in June of Grade 20 12;

"Pass-through class" (teachers under 45 years old): Activities are mainly organized by subject groups, and all teachers' classes are evaluated in the form of subject self-evaluation, and then the school organizes judges to evaluate teachers' classroom teaching. Second, go out, please come in and speed up the classroom teaching reform.

1. Send key teachers out to study and learn from advanced experience. This semester, the province organized the selection of teaching experts, and arranged 2-3 people to participate in each subject in other cities. Politics, mathematics and physical education were held in Weifang, and we organized all the teachers who had no classes to attend the class. In addition, this semester, more than 20 people were arranged to attend the annual meeting of Zibo New Education, 10 people went to Beijing to study, and all the directors of the teaching and research section attended classes in Changle No.2 Middle School. Teachers who go out to study should write down their learning experience after returning to school, attend classes, broaden their horizons and improve their execution.

3. Beijing teaching and research experts have made an in-depth analysis of classroom teaching based on their own experience and real teaching cases, and guided the promotion of "self-guided ecological classroom" in our school.

Third, senior one began to implement hierarchical teaching of mathematics.

Since the beginning of this year, our school has actively explored hierarchical teaching in view of the differences in students' learning levels. After many investigations and demonstrations, we made a detailed implementation plan. Since last week, the first year of high school in our school began to explore stratified classes from mathematics. Each student filled out the intention form, which was chosen by the students voluntarily.

General principles of hierarchical teaching in our school:

1. Sub-unit, go to work nearby.

Thirty-six classes (including 1 art class, single row) are divided into five units, with seven administrative classes in each unit, based on the principle of convenient, nearby class and unit teaching.

2. According to differences and levels.

On the premise of respecting students' opinions, according to the scores of entrance examination, study section examination and module credit examination, it is divided into three levels: AP course, promotion class and intensive class. Class AP, 10; Advanced classes, 20 classes; Intensive class, 5 classes; Art categories are listed separately and do not participate in the division. There are 7 classes in each unit, divided according to the ratio of 2:4: 1, including 2 AP courses, 4 promotion classes and intensive classes 1. Five units 10 AP course, 20 advanced classes and 5 intensive classes (excluding art classes).

3. Dynamic management, lifting combination

Students at all levels are not fixed, and can be adjusted per semester according to the "stratification standard" 1 time. Students can apply for promotion or demotion first. In order to highlight intensive courses, an extracurricular lecture is held once a week to explain the problems and difficulties in students' study in the classroom of preparatory classes, and to strengthen teaching and counseling.

4. Clear objectives and classification requirements

The purpose of implementing hierarchical teaching is to really make AP class students "full", improve class students "eat well" and strengthen class students "eat well".

The courses designed by AP class are: all compulsory courses in high school; Orsay related courses; Courses related to advanced mathematics in universities; Self-enrollment related courses in key undergraduate colleges such as top ten universities.

The courses designed by the further education class are: all courses are compulsory for senior high schools; Generally, it focuses on the related courses of independent enrollment in our college.

The courses offered by the intensive class are: all compulsory courses in high school.

At the same time, the school has corresponding detailed supporting schemes in teacher arrangement, lesson preparation, homework correction, teacher management, student management, teacher evaluation and student evaluation.

IV. Next Work Plan

1. Take "building a comprehensive high-quality school with' diversity' and' characteristics'" as the school work orientation, further improve the level and level of running schools, and maximize the benefits of existing educational resources.

3. According to the determined implementation plan, focusing on classroom teaching reform, we will continue to pay close attention to the implementation of classroom teaching reform.

4. Extend the education chain appropriately. Pay attention to the connection between junior and senior high schools, universities and higher vocational colleges, enrich the school curriculum system and guide students' career planning. Relying on the existing advantages of overtime work, we should scientifically integrate outstanding elements of high school education at home and abroad, promote the diversified development of students, and initially explore a new international school-running system.
