Colleges and universities that recruit postgraduates of master's degree in education and normal students at public expense can participate in the reform of exemption certification from 20021.
Colleges and universities that implement the reform of exemption certification should evaluate their educational and teaching ability according to their training objectives.
Graduates of 202 1 and later years who have passed the examination can take part in some or all of the national primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examinations without examination on the basis of their educational and teaching ability test scores.
Qualified postgraduate students of education and normal students at public expense can take part in the assessment of education and teaching ability organized by the school, or they can voluntarily take the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and apply for the corresponding teacher qualification.
According to the policy, the conditions for graduate students to be exempted from the teacher qualification certificate must be education graduate students and normal students at public expense, and their educational and teaching ability must be qualified.
