The experience of reading special teaching 1 July is in the hot summer. We are fortunate to be students of the five-day special education teacher training course of Wuhan Institute of Educational Sciences. Although the weather in Wuhan is extremely hot, and the time spent with my lover in summer has also decreased, I have had a very happy and fulfilling life these days. There are various forms of training, including lectures by Xue Xiangming, one of the top ten teachers in Wuhan, introduction of school-based textbooks developed by Dr. Deng Meng, a special child of China Normal University, and exchange of psychological and educational experiences. These are like spring rains, which moisten things quietly, not only give me theoretical guidance, improve my basic skills, but also broaden my horizons and enable me to think higher. My feelings and thoughts during the training are summarized as follows:

First of all, get in touch with relevant education laws and regulations to understand school-based development.

Dr. Deng Meng first took us back to the development and present situation of special education in the United States and the development of school-based textbooks for special schools. The education system in the United States is very good, providing free public education, the cost of which is subsidized by taxes. Bilingual schools have also been established, and teachers with professional knowledge use ESL courses to help children with learning difficulties due to language barriers, thus alleviating the difficulties encountered in the transitional period. Family education is also appropriate, but parents should use qualified tutorials and be supervised by qualified teachers.

The development of school-based teaching materials in special schools should first have characteristics, proceed from the reality of the school and reflect the characteristics of running a school. Selection of teaching materials, basic knowledge and skills; Future-oriented social life; Existing warp twist based on children; Language expression of scientific knowledge and norms, looking for typical examples and thematic activities.

In the future, I will use this knowledge to standardize and spur myself, while imparting scientific and cultural knowledge, protect the physical and mental health of disabled students, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and promote their all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique.

Second, expand the perspective of psychology to understand children's confusion.

Lei Jianghua, doctoral supervisor of Huazhong Normal University, gave me a lecture on Psychology and Education of Special Children, which benefited me a lot. I have never learned this knowledge before, thinking that children deliberately don't understand the teacher's lectures, always make mistakes when practicing, and are slow to accept new knowledge. Now they know that they have contradictions and obstacles in understanding development.

How to solve the contradictions and obstacles in the cognitive development of special children, we should care about them in life, help them in study, and let students understand and learn to love in the process of feeling love. Stones from other mountains can attack jade, and the highlights above suddenly opened my mind, and the problems I usually encounter may be solved well from another angle.

In fact, every disabled student is a good student. They have different bright spots, but some of them are not found by our teacher. I have made up my mind to devote more love to those disabled students who are backward and those who need help in the future.

Third, show the characteristics of deaf students' dance and feel the beauty.

Teacher Wen Jie of Wuhan Special Education College took us to watch the dance program Guanyin with a Thousand Hands, and then introduced some valuable teaching experience. Dance is a very visual course, which is very suitable for the physical and mental development characteristics of deaf students. People-oriented art form is the expression of life, emotion and beauty.

We can teach them by training basic skills, increasing imitation exercises, infiltrating ideological atmosphere, etc., so that they can be sublimated in spiritual beauty. Now, I know that deaf students have auditory and kinesthetic perception of internal rhythm, and we should make good use of this feature to develop their Excellence.

Ask where the canal is so clear, because there is running water at the source. Learning is a lifelong compulsory course for teachers. In the information age, we should always remind ourselves to keep charging to adapt to our educational development. School-based training keeps pace with the times and illuminates the direction for us. Of course, some theoretical knowledge needs us to ponder and think carefully in the future work. I believe that as long as we work hard, we will make progress!

Experience of reading special education books II. The case study of special children is divided into two parts. The first part collects a large number of domestic and foreign research materials and related achievements, analyzes, summarizes and combs them, and comprehensively, systematically and deeply introduces the relevant theories and specific techniques of case study methods for special children. The viewpoint is correct, the content structure is reasonable, the information is detailed, the method is feasible and the writing is clear. The next part brings together 30 typical cases of various special children receiving educational intervention.

These cases are all from the practice of special education, close to the vivid life and the reality of special education, and can provide readers, especially front-line workers of special education, with rich and successful experiences on the characteristics, educational evaluation and rehabilitation training of various special children.

The second part is a case study of the little devil's reform and loosening his clenched mouth. Through the training of Xiao Bin and Xiaojun in the article, I realized that to treat such children, we should comprehensively use a variety of treatment and training methods, not only from the children themselves, class groups, family environment and other aspects, but also organically combine all aspects of training, work together towards the same goal, and adopt different methods to deal with children's behavior problems at different stages in time.

Another example is the case of abdominal pain. Through reading this case, I realize that the mental health education for students with mild mental retardation should give full play to the function of subject teaching, help students succeed and enhance their self-confidence. With the help of collective strength, students should feel the concern of their classmates and eliminate the concerns of communication; It is necessary to strengthen contact with parents, help parents understand their children's situation, understand their thoughts, safeguard their psychological needs, and make them develop in a healthy direction. In addition, the education and training of children with mental retardation should be persistent, because the expressive ability and understanding ability of students with mental retardation are limited, so teachers should have full patience.

For example, I can also play computer. What Xiaoqing learned in this article changed my wrong view that it is impossible for mentally retarded children to learn computers. First of all, mentally retarded children have the ability to learn computers, although they have poor learning ability and physical and mental defects. The above facts also prove that it is completely feasible and credible for mentally retarded children to learn computers. Secondly, they have the right to master and use modern tools. The whole society should love and appreciate them and provide them with opportunities to try modern tools. We should be student-oriented, pay attention to their development, love and appreciate them, and lay a foundation for their adaptation and integration into the information society in the future.

The improvement of case study results gives me the following enlightenment. First of all, educators should establish confidence and realize that the education of students with learning difficulties is a long-term and arduous task, so they should avoid impatience, be prepared for long-term struggle, be tolerant of students with learning difficulties and trust them. In education, according to the characteristics of students with learning difficulties, we should adopt various effective methods and means to help and educate them so that they can make progress.

Secondly, helping and teaching should start with rebuilding the self-confidence of students with learning difficulties. After judging that a student has learning difficulties, we should find out the reasons for his learning difficulties, explore his bright spots, give timely encouragement and help him rebuild his self-confidence in learning. Finally, we should create a relaxed and acceptable learning atmosphere for students with learning difficulties.

Other case studies have also brought me a lot of gains and different feelings, but due to the rush of time, I just browsed and failed to think deeply. In the future, I will continue to study this book, let the successful experience in the book guide my work, constantly improve my professional ability and level, and better serve students.
