Dalian Xinghai Sea-crossing Bridge, independently designed and completed by Dalian University of Technology, is the longest sea-crossing bridge project in Northeast China, the first cable-stayed sea-crossing bridge in China and the only walking sea-crossing bridge in China.

The bridge starts from Jinyinshan on the east side of Dalian Golden Beach in the east, crosses Xinghai Bay in the west and lands in the reclamation area of high-tech park. After completion, it will become an important cross in Dalian's "seven verticals and seven horizontals" road network.

Xinghai Cross-sea Bridge has also become a boxing point for online celebrity photography, especially when encountering advection fog or Sunglow. This bridge seems to extend indefinitely on the sea, which is particularly shocking and amazing.
