Xinji is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, which is managed by Shijiazhuang City. It is one of the county-level administrative units directly under Hebei Province. It is located 65km east of Shijiazhuang, 240km from Beijing, 220km from Tianjin and 0/20km from xiong'an new area/KLOC. Xinji city borders Shenze County and Anping County in the north, Shenzhou City in the east, Jizhou District and Ningjin County in the south and Jinzhou City in the west.
