How to Improve the Classroom Teaching Quality of Computer Basic Education
Based on the present situation and existing problems of computer basic education, this paper analyzes how to improve the quality of classroom teaching from three aspects: the reform of teaching methods, the improvement of teachers' professional quality and the requirements for students. With the rapid development and popularization of computer technology, computer cultural knowledge has become an important part of the knowledge structure of contemporary non-computer majors. Therefore, how to improve the teaching quality of computer basic education, so that the majority of students can skillfully apply the computer knowledge they have learned to their own majors is a problem that must be solved in computer basic education. Of course, there are many factors that affect the teaching quality of computer basic education, such as the quality and effect of classroom teaching, teachers' factors, students' factors, experimental conditions and the teaching effect of experimental courses. Based on the research of "Teaching Reform of Computer Basic Education Series Courses", this paper discusses how to improve the classroom teaching effect. 1, Teaching Methods and Teaching Means Classroom teaching is an art. How to give a good class, how to make students become the main body of learning, and how to cultivate students' ability, a good and appropriate teaching method plays an important role. Therefore, classroom teaching has become an eternal theme for every educator to study and discuss. From "injection" to "heuristic", from "abstract teaching" to "image teaching", the teaching methods are constantly improved, perfected and developed. However, for the classroom teaching of basic computer courses, we should proceed from the characteristics of basic computer education and the specific situation of the school and use it flexibly, instead of sticking to a certain teaching method. (1) The combination of "intensive lecture" and "rough lecture" is characterized by quick knowledge update, wide content range and high application requirements. One of the problems caused by this is the relative reduction of class hours. In the actual teaching work, I realized that in order to alleviate the contradiction between more course contents and relatively few class hours, it is necessary to combine "rough lectures" with "intensive lectures". For example, in the teaching of Basic Computer Knowledge, for example, in the first chapter, if you explain the basic computer knowledge to students step by step from the beginning, students will often see the trees but not the forest. Therefore, the computer should be used to point out the components of computer hardware one by one, so that students can understand the purpose of these components. (2) The combination of "point" and "surface" Because students in different regions have very different computer cultural backgrounds, some students already have some basic knowledge of computers, and some students have a poor foundation and have never even seen anything about computers. Faced with such students with uneven basic computer knowledge, on the one hand, teachers are required to increase the amount of information as much as possible in the limited class hours, expand students' knowledge, and let students with better basic knowledge learn more new knowledge. On the other hand, for some basic concepts, basic applications and basic operations, teachers should seriously guide students with poor foundation to get started quickly, so that they can learn to use them on the basis of understanding basic concepts, which not only helps students avoid detours, but also cultivates their thinking depth. (4) Rational use of multimedia teaching methods The traditional teaching media "language+blackboard+textbook" pays attention to the role of abstract reasoning, and transmits information in a single channel of "listening" or "watching", while multimedia technology highlights the image of information with its multiple elements such as sound, light, electricity, shape and color. However, when using multimedia teaching methods, we should pay attention to the following problems: ① Teachers should skillfully use multimedia computer teaching methods. In the initial stage, teachers often spend a lot of time on making and using courseware and pay attention to the effect of classroom demonstration because they are not skilled in courseware design and computer multimedia teaching methods, which makes teachers in a nervous mood in the teaching process and fails to pay more attention to students' feedback information and give full play to students' initiative. (2) Reasonable control of the speed of class attendance Due to the use of multimedia teaching methods, teachers have reduced the time for writing blackboard books, accelerated the teaching process and increased the amount of information. As a result, students are too busy taking notes to think. As a result, they only took notes and could not hear the teacher's explanation. In the process of teaching, the role of "teaching" has not been brought into play. ③ One of the greatest advantages of multimedia courseware is vividness and intuition. However, some teachers want to make the whole textbook in order to pursue completeness and comprehensiveness when making courseware. As a result, the courseware is presented to the students one by one during the lecture, which makes the students busy reading the courseware content and dazzled, so that the students have neither time to listen to the teacher's explanation nor time to take notes. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to simplicity, complexity and appropriateness when making courseware. (4) Carefully prepare the presentation. With the large-screen projection and multimedia classroom teaching, some highly operational contents are much more convenient and labor-saving, such as the operation of Windows, Word and Excel in the course of Computer Basis, which is especially suitable for presentation by projection. However, teachers should carefully prepare the content to be demonstrated in each class after class and fully estimate the possible problems and solutions in the demonstration. Otherwise, if there is a problem in the process of classroom demonstration, and the teacher can't solve it in a short time on the spot, it will affect the progress of the class on the one hand, and it will easily make students lose confidence in the teacher on the other hand, thus losing interest in learning. 2. Teachers' own professional qualities In the whole teaching process, teachers play a leading role. Teachers' own professional qualities, such as knowledge, knowledge structure and practical skills, will have a subtle influence on students' learning effect. (1) Teachers should constantly update their knowledge. The upgrading of computer software and hardware is very rapid. New software and hardware emerge one after another, and the operating system, system software, application software, programming environment and computer language are changing with each passing day. It's really dizzying. This is an objective fact, and teachers can only keep up but can't turn a blind eye. Therefore, teachers should establish the determination to keep learning and acquire new knowledge and information. The situation that a book will be told for a lifetime is long over. It can be seen that constantly innovating knowledge is an important part of teachers' own teaching work. (2) Teachers should actively participate in scientific research and development. Due to the heavy workload of computer teaching, many teachers devote most of their energy to teaching, but have no time to undertake scientific research and development projects. However, scientific research is the source of teaching, especially for the rapid development of modern technologies such as computers, if you don't participate in scientific research and development, you will soon fall behind, which is a dangerous tendency. Teachers can appropriately attract some students to participate in scientific research projects. On the one hand, teachers can guide students and cultivate their abilities. On the other hand, students have a wide range of contacts, are sensitive to new things and have a strong ability to learn and absorb. In this way, teachers and students can reflect each other. 3, students in the teaching process, students are the main body of teaching, "the master leads the door, learning in their own", it can be seen that the whole teaching quality is good or bad, students play an inherent role. (1) attend class on time and listen carefully. Classroom is the most direct and shortest way to accept knowledge. In class, you can hear the teacher explain the difficult content and avoid detours. But at present, a considerable number of students are rambling, often don't attend classes, and even don't even know the teacher at the end. If this situation continues, improving the quality of teaching can only be empty talk. Therefore, on the one hand, students should restrain themselves and insist on attending classes on time, on the other hand, from the perspective of teaching management, they should create a good learning atmosphere, stimulate students' interest in learning and strictly manage students. (2) Earnestly finishing homework on time can help students deepen their understanding and mastery of what is taught in class. By doing homework, students can find problems and difficulties and constantly seek solutions. This process itself is a process of continuous improvement of students' learning. However, it is understood that at present, many students' homework is in a state of coping, and copying homework is very serious. The purpose is to mix up their usual grades and finally pass the exam. Therefore, on the one hand, teachers should strengthen the management of homework and deal with plagiarism seriously. On the other hand, from the perspective of teaching management, due to the large number of classes and students involved in computer basic teaching, a reasonable number of teaching assistants should be equipped to help correct homework, which can not only make homework correction more detailed, but also easily find the phenomenon of students copying homework. (3) Taking part in computer experiments seriously is a very practical subject. Only through experiments can we improve students' practical ability, verify the theoretical knowledge learned in class and avoid the phenomenon of "high scores but low abilities". However, in the computer experiment class, students often play games, chat online and watch movies. Although teachers have repeatedly stressed that this phenomenon is always prohibited. The reasons for this situation are as follows: First, students are not clear about the purpose and task of doing computer experiments; Second, they lack supervision; Third, there is no pressure. In view of this situation, the following measures should be taken. First of all, teachers should prepare the corresponding experimental instruction book before each experiment, explain the experiment, and let students know the purpose, task and content of the experiment. Second, it is necessary to equip corresponding experiment instructors, each of whom can tutor 1-2 classes at the same time to strengthen the supervision and guidance of the experiment. Third, strengthen the examination of experiments in computer basic education, which occupies a considerable weight in the total score, causing the majority of students to pay attention to experiments. In short, in the teaching of computer basic education, to improve the quality of classroom teaching, we must give full play to the leading role of teachers and the main role of students.
