1. The undergraduate education project of electrical engineering and automation, which Hunan Institute of Science and Technology cooperated with Highland and Island University in the UK, was approved by the Ministry of Education in August, and enrollment began on 20 12.

2.20 16 passed the qualification evaluation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools by the Ministry of Education and the on-site evaluation of British off-campus supervision. In the past three years, 90% of the students have registered for UHI status, and about 90% of the registered students have obtained UHI general bachelor's degree.

3. On the basis of meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Education for talents training in electrical engineering and automation, this project introduces the curriculum system of UHI electrical engineering, fully integrates the superior educational resources at home and abroad, focuses on electrical engineering design, new energy power generation, engineering application and project management, highlights the characteristics of cultivating applied talents, and cultivates international applied talents of "electrical engineering+English application".
